Gachoucha Kretz, PhD is a strategic marketing and branding expert. She is associate professor in Marketing at HEC Paris and director of HEC Paris x L’Oréal Chair for Customer-driven innovation and Entrepreneurship.

As a marketer who specialized in luxury, fashion and beauty, Gachoucha often received harsh criticism on how damaging and unsustainable marketing could be. Convinced that marketing is a major driving force of impact and change, she takes points from critics and haters to imagine new ways of practicing marketing in a more sustainability-driven way.

Following a trial-and-error approach, she learns on the way and hand-in-hand with CEOs and CMOs and shares about that fascinating journey with sustainability transition newcomers.
