During the first module, “Digital Transformation”, participants will analyse the potential and applications of technology and learn to build a digital business strategy together with Prof. Joe Peppard. An understanding of the different types and sources of innovation will be given by Prof. Carlos Osorio during the “Innovation Strategy” module. This lecturer will also share his knowledge of how to manage innovation processes under conditions of risk, uncertainty and ambiguity. The third module, “Leading Organisational Transformation”, will be led by Greg Mathers, who will share the effective Adizes methodology for leading organizational transformation and strengthening change management skills.
