BMI Executive Institute is looking for a Business Development Director to join our executive education team. This role is for a strategic leader capable of creating and implementing sales and business development strategies, ensuring revenue growth, and coordinating commercial functions.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, and strengthening brand positioning. You will work closely with the Program Director, marketing, and finance teams to ensure an effective sales process and strategic expansion.
This position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment. You will directly contribute to BMI’s growth in Lithuania and internationally.
Your Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring an efficient sales process.
- Organize and lead the business development team, mentor members, and oversee their performance.
- Analyze market trends, forecast revenue potential, and initiate new business directions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation.
- Ensure partnerships, client development, and brand awareness growth.
- Prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and report results to management.
- Participate in strategic decisions and company growth planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree.
- Experience in sales (experience in intellectual product sales is an advantage).
- Leadership experience and ability to expand business networks.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution.
- Clear, inspiring communication and strategic mindset.
