The First Cohort of the NEW BMI Leadership & Decision-Making Programme of 27 executives from leading Baltic, Nordic and global companies began modular studies this week at BMI under tutorship of BMI professors from the US, France and Switzerland.
“You can have great ideas, but if you cannot get ideas across, the idea will not take you anywhere. The new 3 months programme is constructed to develop skills to exercise impact to get what you want, lead effectively and make financially sound and commercially viable decisions.
We are glad that the first cohort of the new programme is solid both in terms of management positions and working experience. The participants of the programme combine an average 17 years of experience in business, the average age of the individual group members is 41 year. 80% are business owners and top executives.
Among the numerous industries represented in the group, executives from energy, ITT, manufacturing, engineering, real estate development have the biggest presence. The companies represented in the class include Xerox, Nordea Bank, TEO, ELL Real Estate, BaltCap, Itella Logistics and others. ” BMI Director General Jaunius Pusvaškis said.
