20 executives at the final module of the new BMI "Innovation & Digital Transformation" programme with Prof. Joe Peppard, MIT Sloan School of Management, US discuss that companies' digital innovation is 50% centered around new products/services and customer experience, thus, leaving only 10% for new business models and 10% for employee experience.
