Moderator - Jean-Marc Benker is a Managing Partner and Founder of Profiler Consulting, a European firm specialised in HR consulting including Direct Search & Interim Management, Training, Coaching and HR audits. Furthermore, Jean-Marc is a Visiting Professor to our International Executive MBA programme.
Panelist Aad JCM van Vliet is founding partner and Global Lead of Avvartes Partners GmbH, a truly global group of senior Human Potential experts focusing on leadership, future-fit organizations and engaged/empowered teams. He is a seasoned senior international business coach, team mobilizer and HR executive with over 30 years of experience in global blue-chip companies in different industries, such as Unilever, SmithKline Beecham, Novartis and DSM. He has been a member of executive leadership boards and has been leading global HR-teams serving 12’000+ employees in businesses with annual sales of 6 billion USD. Aad also is Adjunct Professor, Impactful Leadership & Corporate Finance Programme, BMI.
Christina Aon - Director General atthe government funded centre of excellence for the pharmaceutical sciences – CERAS. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning 3 continents. She has extensive experience in Learning and Organizational Development in Manufacturing and R&D, which includes designing competency assessment and succession planning. She has worked at companies such as GSK and Abbott Laboratories, and she is currently the Director General of the CERASP. Christina obtained her BSc from McGill University (Canada) and her International EMBA from the Louvain School of Management, Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
Marie-Pierre Saint Viteux is currently Vice President Human Resources Management at Volvo Construction Equipment. She gained knowledge in Human Resources thanks to her wide experience of over 30 years in the industrial and service type of business covering the diverse Human Resources areas such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, people development, etc. During some years of her career she focused on the selection area, acting as independent recruiter. Furthermore, before heading Human Resources, she has worked as Operational, Customer Services and Credit Manager at American Express. In conjunction with her professional career path Marie-Pierre is also President of the (Nehra) Human Resources national network and President of the Alumni of Louvain School of Management. She obtained her Master's Degree, Economics, at Louvain School of Management (UCL-Belgium).
