Registration starts for new executive programme integrating leadership, negotiation and finance

BMI Institute has officially opened registration for a ground-breaking new executive programme: Lead to impact: 3 pillars for a result-driven company. Its modules led by top international professors and executive trainers – on Impactful Negotiation, Corporate Finance, and Effective Leadership Now – focus on 3 clear keys to management success in today’s world.

“Amid the pandemic, the role of leader in an organisation has evolved, becoming even more vital. Basic people skills, always important, are no longer enough,” says Diana Česonytė, Director of Executive Education at BMI. “This programme, upgrades your leadership competences from leading self to other, enables your better decision making by reading financial data between the lines and empowers your negotiations skills to achieve the most valuable agreements with your various stakeholders (from team members to business partners) at ease. Three pillars are there for the most prominent outcomes of your business,” she adds.

Live delivery is planned from 23 September to 30 November 2021. A limited number of places are available for selected participants who are experienced managers from diverse industries.

This 3-pillar programme updates and expands popular past BMI studies for experienced managers, also introducing a new corporate finance lecturer Josep Maria More of MDE, who has also taught at Spain’s prestigious IESE Business School.
