Amy Carroll is a Swiss-based American certified coach, trainer, speaker and a professor for the BMI 4-Continent MBA programme. Trainer specializes in leadership, communication and effectiveness for multinational clients with global objectives.

Executive Presence is designed for leaders to improve their influence and effectiveness. Participants are coached to apply their Executive Presence to any business situation they are facing such as: turning around a troubled stakeholder, presenting to the board/peers, recovering from a challenge, handling politically sensitive issues.

After the seminar you will be able to:

  • Understand multiple real-world reasons for, and benefits of, a partnership-based approach in all business relationships
  • Take personal responsibility for repairing and building partnerships across the organization and with other partner organizations and individuals, regardless of hierarchical level
  • More consciously step into the partner mindset and behaviors: listen effectively, manage emotions, communicate respect and negotiate mutually beneficial results - increase emotional intelligence
  • Successfully conduct crucial conversations while staying cool under pressure in an unfriendly or conflictual environment
  • Stay on point, demonstrate expertise
  • Make an improvement in presentation skills
