Programme Fee

The tuition fee for the UCLouvain BMI International Executive MBA programme is € 32,000.

This fee includes :

  • Modules
  • Course Materials and E-learning platform
  • China module and Field trips (incl. Travel, Accommodation, Transportation)
  • Elective courses at partner universities*
  • Guest speakers, learning events and company visits
  • Alumni events and opportunities (e.g. further courses where seats available)
  • UCLouvain student benefits and accesses 

*The programme fee does not include the cost of travel and accommodation for electives at partner universities, nor visas, living expenses, insurance.

Grants

2 types of grants are available to candidates who have successfully passed the admissions process. In total, up to five grants altogether will be given out per cohort.

The grants represent a maximum discount of 30 % on tuition fees and are given out to two categories of participants:

  1. entrepreneurs 
  2. non-for-profit associations / public organisations (e.g. Red Cross, the Army, etc.)

To apply for a grant, participants need to write a Grant Request in the form of a one-page essay on the topic “Why I should receive a grant to study in the UCLouvain BMI International Executive MBA programme”, highlighting their professional and intellectual merit as well as their need for such a grant.
