BMI Executive Institute has opened registration for the Innovation & Digital Transformation programme. The programme is designed for forward-thinking executives looking to take their organisations to the next level. It will take place in May-June 2022.
Digital transformation is a necessity, as compelling statistics prove. An Executive study by SAP Digital Transformation found 96% of leaders agree digital transformation is a core business goal and 80% of managers say digital transformation has had a real impact and increased their profitability.
But the numbers also reveal less optimistic digitalisation trends where a high percentage of investments for digital transformation initiatives go to waste. The global pandemic has only worsened the situation. Even though COVID-19 is accelerating the pace of digital transformation on a global scale, more than 70% of digital transformation efforts either fail or underachieve in their objectives.
Diana Česonytė, Director of Executive Education Programmes at BMI Executive Institute, emphasizes the importance of this programme in today’s context and presents it as a hands-on solution for identifying how to lead digital transformation to success:
“Since technological change is inevitable these days, businesses are expected to adapt much faster. That expectation raises the issue of how to prepare for the changes rather quickly and efficiently and how to lead it for a high ROI. This is where educational initiatives like the Innovation & Digital Transformation programme come in. We offer intense, practice-based courses led by top international practitioners who are able to introduce tools and methods designed to achieve exceptional results in a way that’s tailored to your business,” Diana Česonytė says.
This 3-module programme offers a detailed and consistent roadmap to succeed in today’s ever-changing and technology-driven business world from different perspectives.
During the first module, “Digital Transformation”, participants will analyse the potential and applications of technology and learn to build a digital business strategy together with Prof. Joe Peppard. An understanding of the different types and sources of innovation will be given by Prof. Carlos Osorio during the “Innovation Strategy” module. This lecturer will also share his knowledge of how to manage innovation processes under conditions of risk, uncertainty and ambiguity. The third module, “Leading Organisational Transformation”, will be led by Greg Mathers, who will share the effective Adizes methodology for leading organizational transformation and strengthening change management skills.
