We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level, B2B/Education) to join the BMI Executive Institute marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is eager to grow their skills and advance their career in digital marketing within executive education.
You will develop and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and email automation. Working closely with the marketing and recruitment teams, you will help deliver campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and support BMI’s positioning as a thought leader in executive education.
This is a collaborative and fast-paced role where you will balance creative execution with analytical skills, contributing to the growth and visibility of BMI Executive Institute across Lithuania and Belgium.

Your role:
- Develop & execute campaigns across paid search, paid social, and email to generate qualified leads.
- Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
- Manage and optimize funnels: from first contact to program registration, ensuring smooth nurturing journeys.
- Create and manage landing pages that convert.
- Develop email automation workflows and remarketing campaigns to keep prospects engaged.
- Measure performance & report on funnel metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI).
- Collaborate with recruitment and events teams to align campaigns with admissions goals.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in education or B2B services.
- Good understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.

Base salary (gross, monthly): 1900-2900 EUR.
