A new journey begins – welcome, International Executive MBA Class of 2027!

BMI Executive Institute has officially opened the International Executive MBA (EMBA) Class of 2027 in Vilnius, marking the start of an intensive 15-month learning journey for a new group of experienced executives.

The opening sessions set the tone for the programme: a strong level of professional maturity, a willingness to challenge assumptions, and a clear commitment to development – both personal and organisational. As with every BMI EMBA intake, the cohort itself is a key part of the learning experience, bringing diverse leadership realities into every classroom discussion.

Our participant profile reflects a highly experienced and diverse group. Meet the new EMBA class in numbers:

  • Average age: 39
  • Average management experience: 10+ years
  • 80% are top and senior managers
  • 20% serve as board members
  • 13 industries represented
  • Gender balance: 45% female, 55% male

The programme began with an opening workshop led by Michael Segalla, Professor Emeritus of Management at HEC Paris. This long-standing EMBA tradition helps participants establish a clear baseline at the start of the programme and provides a practical reference point to track development throughout the journey.

The opening was followed by the Executive Presence course led by Amy Carroll, certified coach, trainer, speaker, and author specialising in leadership communication and influence. Across two intensive days, participants focused on how leaders show up under pressure and how presence translates into credibility and impact. The course combines coaching and practical exercises, supporting participants in strengthening clarity of message, influence in high-stakes interactions, and confidence in boardroom and stakeholder settings.

BMI Executive Institute extends its sincere thanks to the faculty and team for delivering a focused and engaging start to the programme, and to Amy Carroll for setting a strong standard of practice and reflection from the very beginning.

We are proud to welcome the International Executive MBA Class of 2027 and look forward to supporting their progress as they learn, challenge, and grow together over the months ahead.
