We are pleased to announce that BMI Executive Institute has successfully completed the official KMO audit and is now an approved provider for the KMO-portefeuille scheme in Flanders.
This means that professionals working at Flemish SMEs can now apply for government funding to cover part of their tuition fee for the BMI Executive MBA programme.
The subsidy, which can reach up to €7,500 depending on company size, helps make executive education more accessible by reducing the out-of-pocket cost for eligible participants.
How To Apply
- You can find out everything you need to know at the website of Enterprise Flanders (Agentschap Ondernemen).
- You need to apply no later than 14 days after the start of the programme – subsidy requests submitted after the deadline are not accepted by the Flemish government. BMI Executive Institute doesn’t have any influence on this.
- You can already apply before you get your programme invoice.

If this is the first time you are submitting an SME e-wallet support application, it is useful to review the following payment procedure:
- You or your company submits the project amount to the SME e-wallet.
- You receive an email to deposit your share (i.e. 70% or 80%, depending on the size of your company) to Pluxee.
- After they have received your deposit, the subsidy amount will be added to Pluxee.
- You or your company can instruct the transfer of the project amount to Vlerick via the “Pay” button in the SME e-wallet (Note: As long as you or your company do not do this, Vlerick will not receive the project amount).
