This time, our theme is “Why join the EMBA? Insights from alumni”, focusing on how Executive MBA learning translates into concrete decisions, actions, and leadership practices in day-to-day executive work.

Meet the Featured Alumnus of the EMBA Class of 2026: Gerson Cruz
- Current role: Investment & Project Manager at Yara International
- Gerson is an economist with more than 13 years of experience in finance, strategy and project management. He has spent more than a decade in the agricultural and chemical industries, working on strategic projects, M&A and capital allocation. Today he helps business units build investment cases, value projects and prioritise their portfolio. At the breakfast, he will reflect on his EMBA journey at BMI | Louvain School of Management: which perspectives proved most relevant to his work, and how the programme changed the way he approaches decisions and execution.
