About the Speaker:
Alex Wexler is a third-generation entrepreneur, mediator, and consultant specializing in family business succession. A former CEO of a global automotive family business (2,000 employees, four locations), he has over 15 years of leadership experience, including leading a greenfield production plant in the USA. Since 2021, he has advised entrepreneurial families across Europe on corporate succession and transformation.
Alex is a Certified Mediator, Business & Life Coach (EASC), Supervisor (EASC), and trainer for self-assertion and resilience. He is also a lecturer at the University of Ansbach, Impact Startup Mentor at Better Ventures, and founder of two educational non-profits.

Gabija Tarvydytė – Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer at Ivabaltė | Founder of BalticFields. She plays a key role in shaping Ivabaltė’s growth strategy, building new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market position. Alongside her corporate role, Gabija is actively engaged in entrepreneurship and community initiatives through BalticFields.
Monika Tarvydytė – CEO at Ivabaltė, where she leads a team of over 70 people and drives the company’s strategic growth. Previously, she worked in London as a Healthcare Investment Banker at Jefferies and an Investment Analyst at Calculus Capital, specializing in M&A and IPO transactions. She holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University and is a YPO Member.
Aušra Vankevičiūtė – CEO of Staticus, one of the largest façade contractors in Europe, BMI International EMBA Programme alumna. Since 2019, she has led the company’s international expansion, driving sustainability and innovation. Under her leadership, Staticus pioneered low-carbon façade solutions, adopted Agile practices, and built resilience through clear strategy and disciplined execution.
Marijus Kalesinskas – Partner at Genus Family Office and Co-founder & Board Member at pension fund startup Goindex, BMI International EMBA Programme alumnus. With over 25 years of experience in investment management, he previously worked as Chief Investment Officer at SEB Investment Management, Head of Securities Brokerage at SEB, and led the Investment Management Department at the Bank of Lithuania. Today he advises wealthy families on diversifying and investing their assets.
