Rolanas Valiūnas is a managing partner at Ellex Lax Firm, Co-Chair of the BMI Executive Institute Board with experience in advising foreign investors and Lithuanian market leaders on a wide range of complex corporate governance and M&A issues. He actively participates in the activities of many business associations operating in Lithuania and is a member of various working groups formed by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
Rolandas Zukas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience as both a CEO and board member, recognized for leading complex transformations and driving strategic governance. He has served as CEO of the energy holding company EPSO-G and Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post), and as a board member at Lietuvos Geležinkeliai (Lithuanian Railways), among other leadership roles.
