Last Friday, we proudly celebrated the graduation of the EMBA Class of 2025 in Vilnius – a moment that marks not just the end of a demanding learning journey, but the beginning of new leadership stories waiting to unfold.
Congratulations to each graduate for the perseverance, ambition, and integrity that brought you here. The past 18 months have been anything but easy, and yet you’ve emerged stronger – better decision-makers, collaborators, and leaders.
A heartfelt thank you to Prof. Jean-Paul Michel Larçon, Emeritus Professor at HEC Paris, Co-Chairman of the BMI Executive Institute Board, and Dominique Rouziès, Professor at HEC Paris and Academic Dean of the BMI Executive Institute, for being such an important part of this milestone. Your presence underscored the strength of our partnership with HEC Paris – one of our founding schools – and reminded us of the global standard of excellence that defines this programme.
A warm thank-you as well to Jurga Bendikaite-Ursavas, our Director General, for leading the ceremony and sharing truly inspiring words with the graduating class. We also thank our faculty members who shared their greetings from afar: Pierre Dussauge, Gloria Batllori, Joachim Sandt, Amy Carroll, Rudy Aernoudt, and Mark Payne.
Thank you to our class representatives, Rūta Tikuišytė and Catalin Manolache, for capturing the spirit of your cohort with such thoughtful reflections!
Special appreciation to Roberta Rudokiene, Managing Director of Lithuanian Business Angel Network LitBAN, and our dear alumni Rytis Valunas, President of the BMI Alumni Executive Club, and Mantas Marčiulaitis, Chairman of the Council, for joining us and announcing this year’s special award winners. Your support reminded us that success is not only academic, but also social, entrepreneurial, and lasting.
And congratulations once again to our award recipients:
