Admissions Open for International Executive MBA Class of 2028

BMI Executive Institute has officially opened admissions for the International Executive MBA (EMBA) Class of 2028 in Vilnius and Brussels – a part-time Executive MBA designed for experienced professionals aiming to strengthen their leadership and strategic capabilities. The Class of 2028 will begin their transformational learning journey in Vilnius this autumn, followed by Brussels in the winter of 2027.

“At BMI, we are continuously refining the EMBA learning experience to ensure it delivers immediate, practical value for executives. Our focus is on equipping participants with the mindset, tools, and global perspective needed to lead effectively in complex environments. We look forward to welcoming the Class of 2028,” says Jurga Bendikaitė-Ursavas, Director General of BMI Executive Institute.

The 15-month BMI Executive MBA programme is tailored for executives who want to strengthen strategic thinking, enhance decision-making, and gain a global business perspective – while continuing to work full-time. Thanks to its flexible structure and immediate real-world application, the BMI EMBA has been delivering measurable value to participants and their organisations for more than 26 years.

High-Calibre Executive Network

The International EMBA attracts accomplished professionals from diverse industries and leadership roles. The latest cohort, EMBA Class of 2027, highlights the programme’s strong executive profile:

Average age: 40
Average management experience: 10+ years
• 11 industries and 10 nationalities represented
• 20% board-level executives

Participants benefit from a powerful peer network, creating a highly engaging and practical learning environment – one of the defining advantages of the BMI EMBA experience.

Study in Vilnius and Brussels – One International Experience

BMI Executive Institute EMBA programmes are delivered in Vilnius and Brussels, offering participants a truly international learning environment.

Executives from both locations form one integrated community, with multiple opportunities to exchange experiences and broaden perspectives. This unique structure ensures that participants benefit not only from local insights but also from a wider European business context and network.

Global Perspective: International Study Trips and Lifelong Learning

A key differentiator of the BMI International EMBA is its global learning experience, preparing leaders for today’s international business environment.

The programme includes two international study trips:

• a visit to Asia, offering exposure to fast-growing markets, innovation ecosystems and regional leadership practices;
• a module at HEC Paris, one of the world’s leading business schools and a founding partner of the BMI Executive Institute, where participants complete the Strategy for Value Creation course. HEC Paris programmes are consistently ranked among the very best globally by QS and the Financial Times.

Participants and alumni also benefit from lifelong learning through access to nine mobility venues worldwide, offering executive programmes, valuable insights and strategic networking opportunities.

Elite International Business Network

Beyond the classroom, participants become part of the BMI Alumni Executive Club, a well-established network of business leaders across industries.

The Club provides ongoing opportunities to connect, exchange insights, and grow through exclusive events, discussions, and collaborations.
