BMI Executive Institute and Tamro Baltics have concluded iGrow, a tailored Middle Management Development Programme created to support middle managers across the Baltics.
The programme was designed around Tamro Baltics’ people, business context and leadership priorities. It focused on strengthening the practical skills needed to lead teams, collaborate across functions and make stronger decisions in a changing business environment.
At BMI Executive Institute, in-company learning is built around each organisation’s real challenges. The iGrow programme reflected this approach through expert-led sessions, coaching, practical assignments and challenge projects directly connected to Tamro Baltics’ business context.
Throughout the learning journey, participants worked through key areas of management and leadership, including leadership and team development, negotiations, financial accounting, communication and feedback, public speaking, strategic execution, organisational culture, customer relationships, change management, performance and talent development.
The final session brought together participants, Tamro Baltics representatives, project sponsors, colleagues and BMI Executive Institute representatives for the challenge project defences. These presentations reflected how practical, business-focused learning can contribute to real organisational value.
BMI Executive Institute extends its gratitude to Tamro Baltics for the trust and partnership. Special thanks go to Krister Tamm, Rasa Slauskienė, and project sponsors Anete Rozkalna, Mindaugas Urbas and Juri Nikolajev for supporting the programme from the Tamro side.
BMI Executive Institute also thanks Aad JCM van Vliet, Academic Director of the programme, and the faculty who shaped this learning experience: Keld Jensen, Mark Payne, Bhajan Kaur, Amy Carroll, Pierre Dussauge, Joachim Sandt, Steven Poelmans and Gachoucha Kretz.
Special thanks also go to the BMI Executive Institute team, especially Karilė Klug, for coordinating the programme and ensuring a smooth participant experience.
Congratulations to all iGrow graduates! Their curiosity, commitment and openness to growth made this programme a strong example of what tailored executive learning can create inside an organisation.
