The journey began with an inspiring leadership module led by Aad JCM van Vliet, Founding Partner and Global Lead at Avvartes, and Visiting Professor at BMI Executive Institute.
Aad is a senior international business coach, team mobilizer, and HR executive with more than 30 years of experience in global blue-chip companies such as Unilever, SmithKline Beecham Corporation, and Novartis. Having served on executive boards and led major transformation projects worldwide, he brings deep insight into what it takes to build resilient leaders, high-performing cultures, and future-ready organizations.
From the very first session, Aad set the tone with his hands-on, human-centric approach – sparking open exchange, curiosity, and reflection. These qualities are not only shaping the learning environment but also laying the foundation for Tamro’s leadership development journey.
Over the coming months, the Tamro leadership team will continue to grow through tailored modules, gaining practical tools to lead confidently through change and complexity.
