Facilitators

Wendy Chua-Sullivan

  • She has over 20 years of experience as a coach and facilitator for personal transformation, applying research from psychology to help leaders and teams build resilience and achieve their goals despite challenges and setbacks.
  • Wendy’s approach to coaching high achievers to maximum performance was presented at the 2002 International Congress of Applied Psychology. Her WAND approach emphasizes: the use of relevant questions to facilitate awareness and ownership of goals; taking effective actions; acknowledgement; being neutral and non-judging; recognizing individual differences; and making a difference.
  • She has an authentic style of communication that builds trust quickly with her clients. Her commitment to her clients’ achievement leads her to design relevant strategies with them.
  • She has written 20 books based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, and two books on developing resilience.
  • Wendy joined Avvartes one year after its foundation in 2015 as a partner.

Aysun Barin

  • Founding Partner of Avvartes, creating tailored solutions around the globe to embolden leaders, teams and organizations to learn, grow and thrive in the fast changing world.
  • Previously, she was part of the leadership team of a global organization and held a variety of key roles in technical, sales and marketing for over 20 years.
  • With her strong background in business, she is working with leadership teams to align People Strategy with the organization’s business strategy to achieve the desired business outcomes and get ready for the future.
