Adam Dyba

  • Internet marketing expert and one of the internet advertising pioneers in Poland. On the market since 1997.
  • He established companies like IDMnet (big internet advertising ad network), AdAction (in-game advertising company), Afilo (affiliate network), Adexon (programmatic ad network), YieldRiser (yield management for publishers).  
  • He ran many campaigns for plenty of clients like Lukas Bank, Trader, Jobpilot, OTTO, Empik, etc.
  • Author of many publications about internet advertising.  
  • Currently digital marketing strategy director in 4Finance.  

Sebastian Imbert

  • Sebastian brings a wealth of experience in the fields of digital innovation, technology, marketing, and sales.
  • He holds a degree in Business Engineering from Kedge Business School, a specialized MBA in Marketing & Commerce on the Internet (with honors) and completed studies in Marketing at HEC – CESA graduation. 
  • For over 20 years, Sebastian worked at Microsoft, where he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for the past five years. As a CMO, his role as associated with strategic marketing directions, planning, orchestration, and execution of marketing & sales operations with the aim of driving growth and adoption of Microsoft’s cloud solutions.
  • Prior to that, he served as the Director of Digital Marketing at Microsoft, where he spearheaded the deployment of numerous initiatives and programs with some of them deployed on a global scale. 
  • Sébastien is also a member of the pedagogical committee of the MBA DMB at EFAP, a member of the board of administration of Villa Numéris, and a member of the board of administration of Equaleaders. He also provides support to start-ups – Respaid, Data Driven HR, MyJiminy – as a non- operational board member and regularly speaks at market events or higher education institutions to share his expertise in digital transformation.
