BMI Dean ensures that BMI’s degree programs are at world standards in terms of design, pedagogy and faculty. The assignment is part-time, representing approximately 40 days per year. A few short stays in Vilnius and Brussels have to be planned every year but most of the activity is done remotely.
- is responsible for the EMBA program quality, its academic processes and guidelines, and the granting of the degree,
- nominates and evaluates, in coordination with the EMBA program director, the lecturers,
- conducts the curriculum review process and promotes pedagogical innovation,
- monitors international accreditation,
- contributes to the construction of the global network and the introduction of the EMBA in international rankings.
Required/welcome: Prior experience in program management in the MBA/EMBA and Executive Education segments, as well as the energy and willingness to contribute to the Institute growth and internationalization.
The position is available to begin in September, although alternate start dates may be arranged. The Dean’s mandate is a 3-year term with the possibility of renewal.
