Social Media Manager

Social media is your life? Creating engaging content, generating creative ideas and exchanging with community is what you love? Then we are looking for you!

Join BMI Executive Institute team as Social Media Manager. You’ll be responsible for taking our social media game to the next level, driving our social media strategy, managing our international community in Vilnius and Brussels. Take the challenge and join us! 


  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Manage company social media accounts, website, and newsletter platforms 
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e. g. original text, photos, videos, newsletters, and news)
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools (SEO, Google Analytics)
  • Coordinate third-party service providers
  • Closely collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement new ideas by staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or relevant role
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Knowledge of diverse digital marketing tools 
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Fluent English written and oral communication skills

IT Support Coordinator

Your duties will involve:

  • Handling of IT inventory
  • Setting up the IT equipment for classes, meetings, events, etc.
  • Supporting BMI staff and faculty on the use of IT tools for in-class, online and hybridlearning
  • Troubleshooting IT issues & coordinating IT problem solving with external vendors
  • IT maintenance updates (software upgrades, licence renewals, etc.)
  • Overseeing the development and testing of BMI Learning Management System (LMS),consulting BMI staff on the use of LMS and other software tools
  • Promoting and assisting in the use of Microsoft Modern Workplace within BMI
  • Parttaking in IT development projects


  • Fluency in English. You have a good command of English (both oral and written) 
  • High digital literacy. You are fluent with tech and can find out what you do not know 
  • Analytical mindset. You are able to identify patterns, collect and analyze information, and make decisions 
  • People skills. You enjoy helping people 
  • Customer orientated. You understand the importance of a high quality service 
  • Time management. You prefer a clear process and are able to plan your time well 


  • Previous experience with MS Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems
  • Previous exposure to Agile software development

Internship at the EMBA team

We are looking for a new addition to join our EMBA team! The main requirement – be curious, open-minded and eager to learn! 

There are a lot of things happening at BMI Executive Institute every day, so we can promise you one thing – boredom is a foreign feeling here. 

You will be responsible for supporting EMBA team in their daily activities and will be working closely with them regarding important tasks as communicating with partners and other third parties, organizing events and managing administrative tasks.

We expect that:

  • You are fluent in English 
  • You are willing to learn and gain new skills
  • You are a positive and energetic person
  • You have are initiative, responsible, and organised
  • You are a good communicator
  • You can dedicate 2 – 3 months for the internship
